Horta do Bispo brings together whitewashed buildings, ceramic-tiled roofs and internal courtyards. The proposal retains and refurbishes selected heritage structures while introducing new hotel and apartment accommodation.

Planning and licensing status

The pitch reports a favourable PIP opinion and licensing in progress. The June 2026 study describes preparation of the formal planning submission. These are sponsor-reported stages; the supplied materials do not include a final building licence.
